I am reluctant to give my credit card details online. How secure is your site?
All credit card transactions are processed either by phoning your credit card details to us or via Paypal. Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not store any credit card details on our system so you can rest assured. We are a ethical and reputable company and in no way will jeopardize the safety and privacy of our clientele.

How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on what payment and shipping method you used. Cheques and money orders take time to reach us and to be cleared. Over the phone credit card payments and Paypal payments are almost instantaneous. Regular post can take up to five business days whereas express post can take up to one to two business days.

I sent my payment a week ago and my order still has not arrived.
Please remember it takes time for monies to be cleared and time for orders to arrive. Check the delivery address you have provided. After ten business days if you have not received your order please let us know. We will try our best to investigate the delay.

Once I have placed my order how do I know if you have received it?
As soon as your order has been received by us you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once payment has been received you will also be informed of delivery of your parcel.

Is my order insured?
Whilst postage services are very reliable, if insurance is required, depending on what postage system was used there may be an extra charge involved.

What do I do if I accidently ordered the wrong item, typed in the wrong delivery address, typed in the wrong payment method...(etc)
Do not despair, if you have provided the wrong details for any part of your order please email us immediately so that we can adjust your order to your preferred choice.

Can I change my mind or cancel my order once I have submitted it?
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order an administration fee of 12% off your total order charge is required by us. We suggest you choose carefully before you submit your order.

Can I phone or fax orders through to you?
We do not accept phone orders. Faxed orders will be accepted. If we have not replied to your fax within 48 hours please resend your fax or contact us to us ensure receipt of your order.

Do you have a printed catalogue?
Due to our everchanging styles a printed catalogue would be redundant too quickly so no we do not have a printed catalogue

Are the images of your styles a true reflection of the styles?
We take alot of care and time to present you with as accurate as possible images of our styles. Some images are magnified to show you as much detail as possible so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. You must remember however, that different browers will interpret colours differently. We have found this not to be an issue in the past. Colour descriptions of the styles are also given.

Do you provide tax invoices?
Most certainly, we are a registered company so all purchases will be accompanied by a tax invoice.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Let us know immediately once you receive a damaged order.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Orders can only be sent out on the next business day following the weekend, so on Monday orders will be shipped. If a delivery is extremely urgent please ensure you inform us of this on the Friday before the weekend. As you can appreciate Australia Post and courier services are limited over the weekend and time may be required to find an alternative delivery method.
