Step 2: Once you have selected the image of a style you are interested in viewing, click on that style. This will give you information about the style as well as detailed views of the style. You
will notice several images are shown.
Any image once clicked on will give you enlarged views of the style. Click on the "Close Window" command at the bottom of the images or on the red cross in the upper right hand corner of the page when you have finished viewing the product. This will exit the page.
Step 3: Ready to purchase an item? If you are a first time customer then you will need to create an account. Here you will enter your details so that we know where to send your parcel, who to address your parcel to (etc). In the top right hand corner of the page, down from the "Login Here" box there is a sentence "Create an Account". This is a link, click on this link to enter your details. Once you have completed your details you will be registered and can continue your shopping.
To place your item in the shopping cart click on the ""Add to Cart"" button in the middle of the page. To contine shopping click on the "Continue Shopping" button otherwise if you have finished shopping click on the "Checkout" button which will take you to process your order.
If you do not wish to add anything to your cart or wish to return to the catalogue press the "Back" button found near the Add to Cart button or alternatively, the green arrow located in the far top left hand corner of your browser.
Step 4: If you wish to alter the quantity of the item you are purchasing, change the quantity in the quantity box and then click on the "Update" button.
Please Note: The "Update" button locks in your final request so remember to always click on this button if any part of your order has been changed.
Step 5:: Finished Shopping? Click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.
You should now be at the delivery information page.
a) Here check that your shipping address is correct, if incorrect click on the
"Change" button and update your correct details.
b) For Shipping Methods, choose your location then click on the "Continue" button.
c) International Buyers please go through the checkout procedure and confirm your order. Email us for freight charges.
d) For Payment Methods, choose your method of payment then click the "Continue" button.
e) Finally confirm your order.
Congratulations, you have just bought your first item. You should soon receive a copy of your order.
Please Note, once orders are confirmed if you would like to change any part of your order let us know immediately. Once an order has been packed and requires altering, a restocking fee applies so please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.
When payment has been received and cleared you will receive your order.
